General Terms and Conditions

1.Promotion Period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 31 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)

2.Promotion Areas: All countries and/or other prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of the Company.

3.Eligible Clients: Both new and existing clients

4.Eligible Account Type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account
* If an eligible participant has multiple eligible accounts, the data of all eligible accounts during the promotion will be combined and calculated.

5.Eligible Trade:Only newly opened and closed positions during the promotion period qualify. Positions held for less than 5 minutes will not be counted. Locked or hedged positions, as well as trades executed using credit/bonus funds, are not eligible.
* This promotion applies to Forex, Gold, Silver, Oil, and/or other trading products as determined by the company.

6.How to Participate:

a.The client needs to register this promotion on the Promotion page within their client portal or APP first;

b.After activation, participate in the following events: Daily Mission, Coin Booster, Golden Kick, Lucky Draw, Matchday Predictor, Top Trio Predictor, Coin Pool, Rewards Hub, AFA Signed Jersey rewards [1].

c.Participants shall progress through a tiered hierarchy based on deposit and trading activity, with access to and eligibility for different events determined by their assigned tier tier. The eligibility tiers are defined as follows:

i.Qualifier Tier
ii.Bronze Tier (Accumulated Deposit of USD $200 and 1 standard lot of eligible trading)
iii.Silver Tier (Accumulated Deposit of USD $1,000 and 3 standard lots of eligible trading)
iv.Gold Tier (Accumulated Deposit of USD $2,500 and 10 standard lots of eligible trading)
v.Champion Tier (Accumulated Deposit of USD $5,000 and 20 standard lots of eligible trading)

7.Coupon(s) Explanation

The coupons that participants may receive in this promotion include: Profit Booster Coupon, Loss Protection Coupon, and Deposit Rebate Coupon. The usage instructions for each coupon are as follows:

a.Deposit Rebate Coupon

i.To use the Deposit Rebate Coupon, clients need to select the coupon before making their deposit. They will then receive an additional 10% rebate, capped at the maximum rebate amount specified in the coupon.
ii.After coupon usage, participants must complete self-directed eligible trading [2] in standard lots, with the required trading volume calculated as 20% of the maximum rebate amount on the coupon, to be eligible for rebate withdrawal. There are no withdrawal restrictions on the participants' own deposited funds.

b.Profit Booster Coupon

i.To use the Profit Booster Coupon, clients must activate it before opening a trade, and your next self-directed transaction order [2] will be covered automatically.
ii.The Profit Booster Coupon doubles your profit, subject to the coupon’s maximum value.

c.Loss Protection Coupon

i.To use a Loss Protection Coupon, you must activate it before opening a trade, and your next self-directed transaction order [2] will be covered automatically.
ii.The Loss Protection Coupon will cover 50% loss, subject to the coupon’s maximum value.

d.The coupon's validity is 30 days. Any unused coupon will become unavailable upon expiration date with no extension given.
e.Only 1 coupon can be used in each transaction order. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon(s).
f.The coupon is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
g.When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state, PU Prime may cancel or withdraw any coupon(s) that have been awarded.
h.When a client is in a liquidation negative balance state:

i.Negative balance reset with coupon(s) unused: The client is not allowed to use any previously acquired but unused coupon(s). PU Prime will withdraw these coupon(s).
ii.Negative balance reset applied with coupon(s) used: PU Prime will reset the amount to 0. coupon(s) amount will not be credited.

[2] Self-directed trade excludes copy trade (copier).

8.For the purposes of this promotion, all amounts are denominated in U.S. dollars (or the equivalent in local currency) and will be settled based on the end-of-day (EOD) exchange rate.

1.Daily Mission

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 31 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Daily Mission [2]

i.Daily Check-In Task: Participants must maintain a consecutive daily check-in streak to be eligible for daily coin rewards. Rewards are allocated as follows: 10 coins for Day 1 and Day 2; 30 coins for Day 3 to Day 6; and 50 coins from Day 7 onwards.
ii.Daily Deposit Task: Participants can earn 1 coin per dollar subject to daily limits (Max 50 Coins per day).
iii.Daily Trade Task: Participants can earn 1 coin for every eligible trading order placed except for Copy Trade (Max 50 Coins per day).
iv.Daily Copy Trade Task (Copier): Participants can earn 5 coins for each eligible trading order as a copier (Max 50 Coins per day).
v.Daily Copy Trade Task (Signal Provider): Participants can earn 5 coins for each eligible trading order as a Signal Provider (Max 50 Coins per day).

[2] For the Coin Booster Event from 1 May 2026 00:00 to 10 June 2026 23:59 (System Time), coins earnings will be doubled.

[2] Task(s) will be refreshed at 00:00 (System Time) daily.

c.New User Mission

i.First-Time Deposit Task: New users can earn an additional 2 coins per dollar on first deposits (Max 500 Coins).
ii.Open A Copy Trading Account Task: New users who open a Copy Trading account are eligible to receive an additional 500 coins.
iii.Refer A Friend: Earn 200 coins per successful referral (Max 2,000 coins).
* The referred friend must be a new PU Prime user and open a Standard Account (all platforms are accepted) to be eligible.

2.Golden Kick

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 31 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Each participant can receive 1 free kick per day. Additional kicks can be earned by completing every 10 eligible trading orders or 1 standard lot of eligible trading, subject to a maximum of 3 additional kicks per day. Each kick grants a chance to win rewards, including: AFA Signed Jersey, 10% Deposit Rebate Coupon (rebate capped at USD $20), USD $5 Profit Booster Coupon, USD $5 Loss Protection Coupon, 500 coins, 300 coins, 200 coins and 100 coins.

3.Lucky Draw

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 10 June 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Participants can earn 1 lucky draw ticket for every 1 standard lot of eligible trading. Participants can qualify for different prize tiers by meeting the minimum trading volume and deposit requirements:

i.Basic: Accumulated Deposit of USD $500 and 1 standard lot of eligible trading to stand a chance to win an Apple Watch Series 11, AirPods Pro3, or USD $100 cash prizes.
ii.Advanced: Accumulated Deposit of USD $1,000 and 2 standard lots of eligible trading to stand a chance to win an iPad Mini, an iPhone 17, or USD $250 cash prizes.
ii.Premium: Accumulated Deposit of USD $2,000 and 5 standard lots of eligible trading to stand a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max, a MacBook Air, or USD $500 cash prizes.

c.Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days to submit or confirm their shipping details. If a winner fails to respond within 10 business days from the date of notification, the reward shall be deemed forfeited. Rewards will be delivered within 3 months from 10 June 2026 23:59 (System Time).
d.All physical rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
e.PU Prime will bear the cost of purchasing the rewards, including any taxes incorporated in the listed price. Winners may be responsible for any applicable shipping-related taxes, duties, or insurance fees, where required.

4.Matchday Predictor

a.Event period: 11 June 2026 00:00 - 19 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Participants can predict the outcomes of a total of 104 matches (comprising 72 Group Stage matches, 16 Round of 32 matches, 8 Round of 16 matches, 4 Quarter-final matches, 2 Semi-final matches, 1 Play-off for third place, and 1 Final). Each outcome will be determined based on Full Time (FT) [3].
c.Participants will be awarded 200 coins for correctly guessing the winning team, and an additional 500 coins for correctly guessing the final score.
d.Guessing for each match will commence at least 24 working hours before the scheduled kick-off time of the match. The outcome of each match will be updated by the company within 48 working hours after the match has ended.

[3] Full Time (FT) refers to predicting the final result of a match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.

5.Top Trio Predictor

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 19 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Participants can participate in predicting the outcome of the TOP 3 Final Champion teams before 4 July 2026 20:00 (System Time). The outcome will be determined based on Full Time (P) [4].
c.Participants will be awarded based on the formula: 3,000 Coins × (Days Left/64) [5], with participants who correctly predict the full TOP 3 Final Champion teams in the exact order receiving 100% of the reward, those who correctly predict 2 or 1 of the TOP 3 (in correct positions) receiving 50% or 20% respectively. Earlier correct predictions earn higher coin allocations.

[4] Full Time (P) refers to predicting the final result of a match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, and including the results of extra time or penalty shootouts.

[5]Days Left = Prediction Deadline Date - the participant’s last prediction submission date. Submissions made on the final day before the cut-off time will be calculated as having 1 day remaining.

6.Coin Pool

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 31 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.All participants’ earned coins will be accumulated and contribute to the total Coin pool. However, participants will not be eligible to receive any cash prize unless they have unlocked at least the Silver Tier.
c.All cash prizes are shared among eligible participants and will be distributed proportionally based on specific Reward Calculation[6]. Cash prize eligibility is determined based on your highest unlocked tier, as follows:

i.Silver Tier: Unlock a USD $10,000 prize pool when the coin pool reaches 50,000,000 coins.
ii.Gold Tier: Unlock a USD $25,000 prize pool when the coin pool reaches 150,000,000 coins.
ii.Champion Tier: Unlock a USD $50,000 prize pool when the coin pool reaches 300,000,000 coins.

7.AFA Signed Jersey

a.Event period: 11 June 2026 00:00 - 19 July 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.The TOP 3 participants within the Champion Tier with the highest Net Deposit during the event period shall each be entitled to receive 1 AFA Signed Jersey.
* Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of compensation.

8.Rewards Hub

a.Event period: 1 May 2026 00:00 - 7 August 2026 23:59 (System Time)
b.Participants can redeem rewards using coins earned during the promotion, subject to their achieved tier, with the types of redeemable rewards and applicable redemption limits varying by tier. Rewards under lower tiers shall remain available and be cumulative upon reaching higher tiers:

c.Participants from Vietnam, India, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, and Malawi are not eligible to redeem any coupons.
d.Participants are required to submit a valid address; otherwise, any gift redemption will be deemed invalid. The address may be updated multiple times before the promotion ends, and the latest submitted address will be used for reward delivery.
e.All physical rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
f.Rewards will be delivered within 3 months from 7 August 2026 23:59 (System Time).
g.PU Prime will bear the cost of purchasing the rewards, including any taxes incorporated in the listed price. Winners may be responsible for any applicable shipping-related taxes, duties, or insurance fees, where required.

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer ("Eligible Clients") as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The “PU World Cup 2026” ("Promotion") may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the Promotion to any Client(s) from any country/region, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence ("Minors"). You cannot participate in the promotion if you are a minor.

5.Participation of "Intermediaries/Related Parties" in the Promotion is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the Promotion corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the Promotion, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term "Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)", when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the Promotion, including, without limitation.

a.family members, such as siblings, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants;
b.person or entity, whom any participant in the Promotion, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the Promotion; for purposes of this definition, the term "control" (including, with correlative meaning, the terms "controlled by" and "under common control with"), as used with respect to any participant in the Promotion, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the Promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.The match schedules for the promotion displayed are subject to change by the organizer without any prior notice.

2.PU Prime is not associated in any way with the PU World Cup 2026 organisers, sponsors, associations, or representing any of the teams for PU World Cup 2026.

3.Participation in the promotion is exclusively open to clients.

4.All rewards issued through this promotion are decided by PU Prime at its sole discretion.

5.In the event of duplicate submissions, submission of inaccurate or falsified information, suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, PU Prime may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the promotion or participant, at any stage of the promotion, without prior notice or liability to any individual.

6.This promotion is open to both new and existing PU Prime clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and PU Prime’s General Terms and Conditions.

7.PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in the promotion; and disqualify any participant in the promotion who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the "PU Prime Terms and Conditions" set forth on PU Prime’s website.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue offering this promotion to any of its clients without explaining the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

9.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion or any aspect of it at any time without compensating anyone for that. Clients will be given prior notice of such changes. Please note that taking part in the Promotion constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

10.Any indication or suspicion, in the PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the promotional rewards without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to credit bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously promotional rewards of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with PU Prime and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the Profit Booster Voucher cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

11.In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards, or reclaim the distributed rewards.

12.In the event that these terms and conditions of the Promotion are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall take precedence in case of any conflicting interpretations.
