      Scheduled Upgrade of MT5 PUPrime-Live Access Server

      Please be advised that the MT5 PUPrime-Live Access Server will undergo an upgrade at End of Day (EOD) on 22 August 2025 24:00 hrs. for 10 minutes to further enhance competitiveness and improve the trading environment.

      Important Notes:

      • This upgrade applies only to the MT5 PUPrime-Live server.
      • Clients with MT5 PUPrime-Live accounts may experience intermittent connection or refresh issues after the upgrade.
      • If client encounter connection issues, please update or reinstall the MT5 App via our official website: https://www.puprime.com/mt5/

      We strongly recommend that clients with MT5 PUPrime-Live accounts properly manage their positions, ensure sufficient funds are maintained, and trade with caution during this period.
